In fact, the reason that I set up World Doctrine is that I have a unthinkable idea since my childhood. That idea is I want to strike the waning bell for the human being, which will include environmental protection and other right ways of living. My hometown is located in the southernmost of the Asian continent. I have seen the geographic change when I was young. Small ditch two years ago turned into a gully by storm. So I think, the gully may become a lake in the coming future. My countryman and people of other places cut the trees down to make fire for cooking. Large amounts of forest have disappeared gradually. When I see these, I think, maybe our earth would become a bare land. When I have know that a deadly poisonous genetic agent called “Heat toxin” have been created, only 10,000 mg of it would kill one hundred cats, so 20 g of such genetic weapon would kill the 7,000,000,000 persons on earth at once. When I see that the diplomats around the world busy for the security and development of the globe; one country invading the other, one person bulling the other and other such unfair things, I begin to visualize World Doctrine. In my opinion, the universe has created the earth, which created the human being in turn. So the present human of different countries have developed through the disciplining in hard times of thousands of years, which is very difficult. Looking at the development of the world, from the universe, to the Microscopic particles, from the outer space and Celestial galaxies, to the Atomic, Neutron, Meson, and Proton and New Sub-shaped, smaller than Quark（based on my research about many raw scientific material, I think in the future, any Physical wisdom life would control a thing he wanted as easy as push a mobile phone press.）So I call this time as New Sub-shaped time. On the guide of the scientific thought of an all-round harmonious development of human being, the human being has undergone many practices and exploration to gradually realize that: the world is developing complicatedly day by day. The world of human being is no exception. Since entering the new century, everyone has to face these problems: how to deal with the inconceivable universal rules; how to deal with the rapidly changing scientific world; how to study in an all-round and harmonious way; how to master the biggest development trend; how to adapt into the globalized, starlized, universalized environment. These problems stand for the desirable and irreversible trend. However, how to understand the biggest development trend? The word is developed in an evolutional, changing and joint way. What about the cores of these movements? What is the rule of eternal development in the world? What is the future of the world? Such problems are exactly what World Doctrine deals with. So, in my opinion, World Doctrine, the subject based on world has to be People-oriented and do an overall research on the knowledge concerning all life in the world. It includes the harmonious cooperation of transitional and emerging subjects. The key is all-round and harmonious development. The emerging subjects are World Futurology, The world of innovation, Citizens of the world, The body of the World, The world of ideas, Sharing of the world, Of world civilization, Development of the world, , World Unified School, The peace of the world, and other Pioneering scientific fields such as Thick Dream of Red Mansions, the extension of constant, the new-school. So, the core of World Doctrine stands on the following ways: three theory, four thoughts, and five spirits. The three theories are improving the quality of human, the fairness of the society, and the peaceful development of the world. To struggle for a harmonious world. The four thoughts are holding common ground while reserving differences of principle: the principles of creating peaceful development, building wealth of world civilization, the eternal struggle for the total development. Five spirits are Comprehensive scientific decision-making, global peace and development, universal eradication of poverty; all's pioneering study comprehensive wealth sharing.

It is human being who creates the history. So only by improving the overall quality and the living standard of human being, will the world develop healthily, the society keep safe, and people would live happily and actively in this harmonious world. In fact, we human being had always been developing ourselves in this changing world. Do people have a common goal in this world? This question has puzzled many poetics for years. Many believe that we human beings have a common goal, the sense of identification has inspired many aspirants to struggle. Then, what is the common goal? If we speak on the side of objective world, the goal should be on the guide of “harmonious development”, to make all people on the world get together, to enjoy the culture of the world, to develop the world together, to share the civilization wealth.
In face of this changing world, the ambitious world leading organizations have to follow the harmonious trend. It is much more important for them to advocate the broad masses of people to learn the world common civilizations. After the struggle with the long history and the cruel reality, people have realized the importance of “Promoting moral civilization of the earth, improving the overall quality of human”. The clever people think out the idea-- meeting scientific truth and the laws of nature. They have improved the quality of human, the fairness of the society, and the peaceful development of the world, to work hard for an overall harmonious world. So to start the great cause of a harmonious world, we have to be concerned about and do research on the origin of the universe, to promote the natural, social and scientific knowledge of thinking, and to inspire people to understand the new word and transform the old world more sensible. The main task of exploring and studying the world and its harmonious development is promoting social development and common progress of the world. Besides, we human beings should work hard to realize the dream of “the people of the world cooperating on scientific study and sharing world civilization” and set up a harmonious world with eternal peace.

尊敬的全球各界朋友:向你们问好！关于来自世界各地区的广大网友要求介绍世界学的问题，现答复以下……其实, 我之所以创立世界学说, 是因为我从幼年时起就有一个不太令人理解的想法：想给我们的人类敲响包括环保之类的人类处世的警钟。我的家乡在亚洲大陆的最南端, 一个很小的半岛海岸。我从小就看到在家乡发生的一些地理状况：我看到前两年才是小沟的平地的地方, 到今年就被暴风暴雨变成了大沟小坎, 因此我就想到这个地方在不久的将来要变成海河……当我看到家乡人及不少地方的公民天天在用从林地里砍伐来的木当柴取火做饭, 看见以前大片大片的林地在逐步消失, 我就想到这个地球会不会在不久的将来要变成不毛之地……当我得知人类已经可以拼接出一种剧毒的“热毒素”基因毒剂，仅用万分之一毫克，就能毒死100只猫，倘使用20克这样的基因武器，就足以使全球近70亿人死于一旦……当我看见如今全球的外交官们都在为着这个世界的和平安全与发展而正忙得四蹄生风……当我看见这个国家去侵略那个国家……当我看见这个人去侵略那个人……如此种种，因此我就开始构思创立世界学说…… 我认为自从宇宙造化了地球，地球又造化出人类，人类的远祖先民在经过漫长岁月的磨炼之后，才生化出人类世界各国各民族的人民，这是极其不容易的。特别是放眼世界发展史，从宏观宇宙，到微观粒子，大到宇宙太空天体星系，小到原子中子介子质子纳米以及被我认为比夸克还小的聚能新子（根据我个人对大量原始科学资料的分析，我认为未来的世界可能会让每一个有形的智慧生命都可以象按手机按键那么容易控制其想控制的物体，所以我把这个时代称为聚能新子时代，简称新子时代），人类是在全面和谐发展着的科学思想的正确引导下，经过实践的探索，再实践再探索才能逐步认识到：
世界是在错综复杂地出神入化地发展着的。我们的人类世界也不例外。人类进入一个新的世纪以后，对每一个人来说，如何面对令人不可思议的宇宙法则 ,怎样去应对新的一日万里和日新月异的科技世界 ,怎样去进行全面和谐发展学习 ,怎样去掌握全球最大的发展趋势 ,怎样去适应全球化、星际化、宇宙化等出神入化环境，是人类世界形势所需、人心所向、势在必行的浩浩荡荡的伟大事业潮流。但是，怎样去理解世界的最大发展趋势呢？世界在进化发展着、变化发展着和联合发展着等出神入化地运动着的核心是什么呢？世界永恒发展的规律是什么呢？世界的未来将会是怎样的呢？诸如此类问题正是世界学在进行全面深入研究的问题。所以，我认为，做为世界性的学科，世界学必须是以人为本，全面研究与世界生命息息相关学问的全面和谐发展着的综合学识体系，其范畴含盖着传统学科与新兴学问的全面和谐发展着理论，其主导核心是全面和谐发展着才是真道理；其涉及的新兴学科主要有：世界未来学、世界创新学、世界公民学、世界人体学、世界思想学、世界共享学、世界文明学、世界发展学、世界联合学、世界和平学；另外，还有诸如厚红学、拓恒学 、新子学等未来世界开拓科学领域 ；因此，世界学的核心方向主要表现在：三以理论、四共思想、五全精神。那么，什么是世界学三以理论呢 ? 世界学三以理论是以素质立人，以公正立社会，以和平发展立世界，为蓝天绿地和青山碧水的全面和谐发展着而奋斗。那么，什么是世界学四共思想呢? 世界学四共思想是共守求同存异规则，共拓和平发展思路，共创世界文明财富，共为永恒发展奋斗。那么，什么是世界学五全精神 呢 ? 世界学五全精神是全面科学决策，全球和平发展，全民消除贫困，全生创新学习，全世共享财富。因此,我给世界学提炼的核心理论是：全面和谐发展着才是真道理 。
在经过现实与科学的反复比较和求实之后，斯人坚信“民以食为天，世界学为先，”人民群众是历史的创造力，只有全面提高人民群众的综合素质，全面提高人民群众的健康及生活水平，世界才能形成健康合力，社会才能保持长治久安，人类才能在全面和谐发展着的环境里生存并保持着活力。事实上，大千世界，千变万化，人类自古以来都是在这种出神入化似地运动着的社会现实中发展着自己。人类在这千变万化的世界中有没有共同的理想呢？这个问题已经让全球不少政治家思想家倾注了毕生精力，大多数人认为人类是有着共同的理想的，这种认同感曾经激励着无数有志者为之而奋斗。那么，人类的共同理想应该是什么呢？如果我们站在客观现实世界说话，那么人类的共同理想应该是在求同存异的“全面和谐发展着”理论的前提下，让全世界人民都走到一起来，全面和谐发展着世界共享文化，全面和谐建设着世界文明生活，全面和谐探求着世界和平发展之路，全面和谐研究着世界全面发展学问，全面和谐开拓与共同分享着世界永恒发展的文明财富，让我们人类永远和平地生存和发展下去。面对出神入化地运动着的世界未来，有作为的世界领导潮流组织都必须全面和谐发展着世界发展潮流模式，特别是对于倡导广大人民群众致力于学习全面和谐发展着的世界文明共享文化，组织研究诸如全面科学决策和谐联合发展着的世界和谐共享等学问，显得更加重要。在经过漫长历史和残酷现实的洗礼之后，如今人类都意识到了“弘扬地球文明道德，提高人类综合素质”的重要性，有智慧的人都已经积极创新符合科学道理和顺应自然规律的世界经济发展理念，都已经自觉地以素质立人，以公正立社会，以和平发展立世界，为蓝天绿地和青山碧水的全面和谐发展着而奋斗。因此，开创全面和谐发展着的世界共享的伟大事业，应该首先要关注和研究宇宙本源，普及自然、社会和思维科学知识，用世界学共享思想来启发人们用更科学的眼光去认识新世界和改造旧世界；人类探索和研究世界全面和谐发展着的学问的主要任务，应该是推动社会发展，促进全人类共同进步，并全力为实现以“全世界人民共同生产科学分享世界文明财富”为目标的和平安定与永恒发展的世界共享美好生活而奋斗。Thank you 谢谢！(世界学作者陈世界 The author "s old world is studied in world )
